J.D. was born and raised in Baltimore City and is a graduate of Baltimore City College.

TEACHER AND ADMINISTRATOR
J.D. was a teacher at Baltimore City College where he led a $2.2 million campaign to build a new library and learning center. Then he led special projects for the administration at Baltimore City Public Schools.

As your State Senator J.D. will represent the 41st District with urgency, energy, and integrity.
